Experience:
Collection & Concept
• Develop seasonal collections/capsules focused on modern classic casualwear: sweatshirts, hoodies, knit tops, T-shirts, joggers and casual trousers.
• Create moodboards and concept boards inspired by classic, elegant, structured fashion (not loud or flashy styles).
• Research colors, fabrics and trims suitable for timeless, premium-feel products (neutral tones, rich basics, subtle contrast).
Design Development
• Design garments (front/back/side views) with clear detailing: panels, seams, ribs, cuffs, necklines, hems, pockets and logo/branding placements.
• Develop branding applications (minimal logos, badges, labels, neck prints, hangtags) that fit a modern classic brand identity.
• Prepare complete tech packs for each style (measurements, construction details, fabric & trim specs, colorways, size range).
Sampling & Production Support
• Work with pattern masters, sample section and merchandisers to turn designs into accurate samples.
• Review proto and size-set samples, check fit and proportions, and give clear corrections to achieve a clean, structured look.
• Support fabric and accessory selection (GSM, knit type, ribs, zippers, cords, buttons) to match the desired quality and feel.
Quality & Brand Consistency
• Maintain consistency in silhouette, fit, color palette and logo/branding use across the full collection.
• Ensure all designs reflect a refined, modern classic look – no over-designed or overly trendy pieces.
• Work with the marketing/content team on outfit ideas, styling for photoshoots and how products should appear on ecommerce platforms.
Coordination & Documentation
• Present design concepts and new collections to founders/management for approval.
• Maintain an organized archive of all designs, tech packs, fabric swatches and sample records.
• Coordinate closely with production and merchandising teams to meet collection timelines and launch plans.
