Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
The Jr. Executive/Executive – Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of all utility and mechanical systems to support uninterrupted production. This role includes managing power supply, monitoring energy consumption, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. The position holder will plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for machinery, pipelines, vessels, and water pumps, and will also be responsible for installation, repair, and servicing of key mechanical equipment such as boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC systems, forklifts, and other utility machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Sound operation and maintenance of utility machineries
Ensure uninterrupted power supply to production floor and utilities
Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures
Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for all machineries
Plan & execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules of all pipelines, vessels & water pumps
Install, repair and service all mechanical equipment including: Boiler, Compressor, Pump, Chiller, HVAC, Forklift, All utility systems
Requirements
Experience Required: 2–4 years
Educational Qualification (Mandatory): B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
