We are a Knit Composite Textile Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager for the Fabric Dyeing Department.

Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Supervise the dyeing process from start to finish to ensure that the dyeing production is running smoothly and efficiently.

• Coordinate production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and work closely with other departments, such as production planning and control.

• Establish and maintain high-quality standards for all dyed fabrics, ensuring consistency in color and fabric properties.

• Conduct regular inspections and laboratory tests on samples to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

• Analyze existing dyeing processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost, and quality.

• Stay updated on the latest dyeing technologies, chemicals, and methods, and implement them to enhance production capabilities.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the dyeing production team, ensuring clear communication of tasks and expectations.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
