∎ The candidate should have experience of working at international Hotel Project for not less than 6 years.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for both foreign and local consultants involved in the project.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination and information flow between consultants and project teams.
∎ Address consultant queries and facilitate discussions to resolve project-related concerns
∎ Assess and verify design drawings submitted by consultants for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements.
∎ Provide feedback and coordinate with consultants for necessary revisions or clarifications.
∎ Schedule and arrange meetings with consultants and other stakeholders as needed.
∎ Ensure that all required participants are informed and prepared for discussions.
∎ Record key discussions, action points, and decisions taken during meetings.
∎ Maintain an organized record of meeting minutes for future reference and accountability.
∎ Develop and regularly update a master control sheet to track project activities, deliverables, and key milestones.
∎ Ensure data accuracy and timely updates for effective project monitoring.
∎ Create and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
∎ Adjust and update schedules based on project progress and unforeseen challenges.
∎ Track daily activities and ensure that work is progressing according to the approved schedule.
∎ Identify potential delays and work proactively to mitigate schedule risks. ·Collaborate with various departments, including design, construction and administration, to ensure alignment of activities.
∎ Organize and lead weekly meetings with key stakeholders to discuss project updates, challenges, and next steps.
∎ Ensure that all necessary parties are aligned and informed about ongoing progress·
∎ Provide technical explanations and clarifications regarding design and drawings to site engineers and field teams.
∎ Address any discrepancies between designs and on-site conditions to avoid execution errors.
∎ Maintain a systematic record of project progress, identifying completed tasks and pending work.
∎ Compare actual progress with planned timelines and report deviations.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports outlining project status, completed tasks, and upcoming work.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of project changes, approvals, and any delays that may impact the schedule.
∎ Conduct on-site visits to ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Identify any deviations from the approved plans and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Work as per management instruction.
