Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Client Services, Sales, Marketing & Visa Processing

Reports To: Senior Visa Consultant / Country Head

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Visa Consultant (Intern) at SHAD VISA INTERNATIONAL will assist in visa documentation, client communication, lead generation, and basic marketing activities. This role combines visa advisory support with outreach duties such as creating social media posts, promoting services, and highlighting visa success stories. The intern will work under the guidance of senior consultants to streamline client services while also contributing to the organization’s online presence and brand visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Client Consultation & Service Support

  • Assist senior consultants during initial and ongoing client consultations.
  • Provide clients with basic information on visa types, requirements, and processes.
  • Communicate professionally with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain strong customer service standards at all times.

B. Client Calling, Lead Generation & Client Hunting

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from company databases.
  • Hunt for new clients through phone calls, social media outreach, referrals, and lead lists.
  • Follow up with interested clients to increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain daily communication logs, follow-up sheets, and sales progress reports.

C. Marketing Support (Social Media)

  • Create and publish posts for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Prepare and post Visa Success Updates, congratulation posts, and client achievement stories.
  • Assist in creating advertising content for promotions, campaigns, and service awareness.
  • Coordinate with the senior team to maintain brand consistency and messaging.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to basic inquiries on social media platforms.

D. Documentation & Application Processing

  • Assist clients in gathering and organizing required documents.
  • Support the accurate preparation of visa application forms.
  • Scan, upload, and manage documents systematically in internal databases.
  • Review documents for completeness and embassy compliance.

E. Research, Compliance & Policy Updates

  • Research embassy updates and immigration changes for target countries.
  • Monitor visa requirements for countries such as South Korea, Germany, Malaysia, UK, Canada, etc.
  • Ensure all procedures follow company compliance and confidentiality standards.

F. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain client records, update CRM entries, and track ongoing case status.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating internal workflow.
  • Support senior consultants with daily administrative tasks.

G. Learning & Professional Development

  • Attend training sessions on visa categories, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Learn SHAD VISA INTERNATIONAL’s standards for customer service and operational ethics.
  • Apply new knowledge to improve work efficiency and accuracy.

WORKING HOURS

  • Office Time: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Weekly Holiday: Sunday Off
  • Interns must follow office timing and attendance requirements as per company policy.
