Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
∎ Develop system and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards and performance targets to ensure effective returns on assets.
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
∎ Collect and analyze data to find places of wastage or overtime.Supervise and monitor production supervisor's job to improve operations and reduce wastage.
∎ Ensure continuous overall development of production process to increase productivity and reduce the rework.
∎ Identify problems relating to daily production as per daily production report and to solve problems immediately so as to keep pace with standard production procedure.
∎ To make our workers more skilled by engaging them in the job rotation process.
∎ Ensure proper reporting to Head of Plant and aware him about Present and future difficulties.
