  • At least 5 years experience in the Sweaters Factory. Self-motivated, self-organized, and responsible.
  • Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006 (Amended 2013& Rules 2015), buyer compliance, Code of conduct, and regulations of the country.
  • C-TPAT related various office order, notice, poster and committee.
  • Able and willing to work under pressure. Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have excellent command in English and in computer operation. Should have strong leadership quality.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law 2006 & Rules 2015 and ILO convention relevant on RMG/Sweater sector in Bangladesh.

  • Preparation of factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance standards,

  • Quality requirement, C-TPAT requirements and other standards as per buyer/customer standards.

  • Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure on Certification audit (Like BSCI, SEDEX, ICS,GOTS, OCS,GRS, RCS, WRAP, FCCA, C-TPAT, & OEKO Tex-100 & Step etc).

  • To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party any compliance audit.

  • Sound Knowledge about better work, RSC & Nirapon

  • Will assist in all kinds of Audit as per Buyer`s COC and prepare documents accordingly on regular basis.

  • Keep all relevant documents always up to date to encounter any unannounced audit & Technical audit.

  • To make aware the employees about leave procedure, maternity benefits, working hour & over time system according to labour law-2006.

  • Have to perform internal compliance audits at factories in conjunction with buyer compliance guide lines.

  • Have to be capable at handling disciplinary & grievance isse, will address emplace relation issue.

  • Sound Knowledge about NFPA, BNBC, Electrical Rules.

  • Monitor all floors and ensure good housekeeping as per compliance standard daily basis.

  • Complete all work assigned by management
