• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy

• Maintain and monitor timelines for the launch of all new and existing products to ensure timely execution of development activities.

• Liaise with suppliers regularly to obtain updates on ongoing and upcoming project milestones.

• Execute lab-scale, pilot-scale, trial, stability, and scale-up batches of new product formulations in alignment with development protocols.

• Prepare, review, and update technical documentation including product specifications, process sheets, test methods, product manuals, and SOPs in accordance with cGMP and ISO standards.

• Ensure adherence to defined quality standards at co-manufacturing sites in line with company requirements.

• Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) and Production teams to address and resolve issues related to product quality or manufacturing processes.

• Develop and implement approved procedures, policies, and protocols across all operational levels at co-manufacturing units.

• Uphold and enforce hygiene standards at every stage of production at co-manufacturing facilities.

• Coordinate periodic physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished goods through internal resources or third-party laboratories; ensure proper documentation and compliance.

• Stay updated on applicable regulatory requirements and ensure alignment with local standards such as BDS, DGDA, and others as applicable.
