Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and monitor timelines for the launch of all new and existing products to ensure timely execution of development activities.
Liaise with suppliers regularly to obtain updates on ongoing and upcoming project milestones.
Execute lab-scale, pilot-scale, trial, stability, and scale-up batches of new product formulations in alignment with development protocols.
Prepare, review, and update technical documentation including product specifications, process sheets, test methods, product manuals, and SOPs in accordance with cGMP and ISO standards.
Ensure adherence to defined quality standards at co-manufacturing sites in line with company requirements.
Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) and Production teams to address and resolve issues related to product quality or manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement approved procedures, policies, and protocols across all operational levels at co-manufacturing units.
Uphold and enforce hygiene standards at every stage of production at co-manufacturing facilities.
Coordinate periodic physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished goods through internal resources or third-party laboratories; ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Stay updated on applicable regulatory requirements and ensure alignment with local standards such as BDS, DGDA, and others as applicable.
