• Collect, clean, and analyze production, downtime, rejection, and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

• Develop daily/weekly/monthly production dashboards (OEE, yield, scrap, cycle time, efficiency, machine utilization, bottlenecks)

• Perform root-cause and variance analysis using statistical and analytical tools

• Build productivity, manpower, and capacity models to support planning and optimization

• Monitor KPIs and generate data-backed insights for management review and decision-making

• Use data analytics to identify waste, loss drivers, forecasting gaps, and process deviations

• Support implementation of digital production tracking systems / MIS / ERP / MES

• Conduct time-motion and process performance analysis using structured datasets

• Prepare automated reports and interactive dashboards for cross-functional teams

• Work with Quality, Maintenance, SCM, and Operations to align data trends with actions

• Support predictive maintenance, SPC, and process capability analysis (Cp/Cpk)

• Lead or support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects using data evidence

• Validate data integrity, ensure accuracy of production records and reporting standards
