Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing, preparing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR and Compliance in accordance with legal perspective and cost control.
∎ Look after the matters relating to wages, compensation & benefit, final settlement, maternity & death case, insurance, employee's counseling, grievance & disciplinary issues, several committee meeting, file (personal file) management of both existing & separated employees and others motivational program for employee retention.
∎ Prepare training calendar for the year and make sure training on monthly basis pertaining to several topics such as-
∎ Basics of Bangladesh labor law & rules, induction/orientation, employment terms & conditions, compensation & benefit, working hour, over time, all kind of leave (CL, SL, AL, FL, ML, WH) procedure, harassment/abuse, grievance procedure, disciplinary procedure, maternity benefit, resignation, termination, company's & buyers rules & regulation/CoC, first aid, awareness of baby's mother & childcare governess, section wise risk, PPE, fire safety, product safety, electric safety, environmental health & safety, chemical management- Achieving & implementing several relevant law & compliance requirements in the factory complex as required by brands.
