Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MCSE,CCNA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware & Networking, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Project Manager (IT System), System Analyst, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to plan, install, configure IT infrastructure.
∎ Capability to identify problems and troubleshoot network, software and hardware failures.
∎ Technical proficiency in the following areas: Systems/Network
∎ Systems: Windows Server Networking, Active Directory, SCCM, VMware/Hyper-V, VSAN, Skype for Business, Linux, DNS, Operation Manager, Help Desk etc.
∎ Network: VLANs, VxLANs, and IP routing, Subnetting, VPN tunnel to Cloud, developing network design and architecture diagrams, Network vulnerability and Security.
∎ Good command in English language (written and spoken).
∎ Have Skills and practical experience in project design, budget preparation, evaluation and report writing.
∎ Good understanding of commonly used network protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, VPN, FTP etc) as well as routing, switching and fire-walling.
∎ Backup & Storage: Manage, monitor, configure and deployment of Network, SAN Storage, SAN Storage Schedule Backup of Database Servers.
∎ Disaster Recovery - DR (Maintenance and up-gradation)
∎ Team lead, Decision making and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel up.
∎ Have to work under guidance and pressure
∎ support, coaching and mentoring to team member and ensure a culture of collaboration and communication.
