∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to work on Customer site/remotely for Server Administration /System Security /Virtualization /Productivity /Infrastructure Security /Email Administration /ITES Services
∎ Implementation/Troubleshooting experience of Microsoft Product like Windows Server, Exchange Server, SFB, System Center, Office 365, Microsoft 365 etc.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve computer and telephony related issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support.
∎ Expert in designing, deploying, administering, troubleshooting, and tuning Windows systems in a medium to large enterprise environment.
∎ Strong Knowledge of Cloud technologies, Virtualization, IT Security and Storage solution.
∎ Must have proper knowledge of Corporate Network Architecture & IT Infrastructure.
∎ Willing to work at least 12 hours per day.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and capable to work as a Team.
∎ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are part of the position requirements and competence in report write-up.
