Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Structural design.
• Proven Skills on STAAD PRO, Etabs, TEKLA, Auto CAD 2D design drafting or other civil Engineering design software.
• Knowledge in BNBC, ACI, ASCE, ASTM.
• Must have MIEB Membership and RAJUK plan signing Authority.

• Design & Analysis of residential and Commercial buildings (RCC and Steel Structure) according to BNBC and other related code & Standard.
• Supervision of various construction projects, Quality control and management plan.
• Prepare and review Structural drawings, including general arrangement drawings, reinforcement detailing (Bar bending schedules), Joint details and foundation plans.
• Apply engineering Judgements & knowledge of codes to review structural stability, durability, serviceability and deflection limits.
• Estimating & prepare making BOQ, Technical specifications & BOM.
• Review drawings and fabrication details to ensure design intent and Standards.
• Conduct site visits for inspection of framework, Coordinating and cooperating with projects and resolve Structural issues in real time.
• Work closely with Architects and Project managers to integrate structural systems with overall project design.
