∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mathematics, Physics, Applied Physics
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 2 to 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Instant solution to technical problem involving coding and database query.
∎ Develop business report as per client requirement.
∎ Address customer concerns and issues regarding software installation and operation.
∎ Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issue.
∎ Inform client requests or software features change requests to a responsible person.
∎ Travel to customer sites for high profile issue resolution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQLServer.
∎ At least 3 to 6 years' experience in a web-based application.
∎ Must have experience in SQLServer Query writing and understanding.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in SQLServer, RLDC Report & Cristal Report.
∎ Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ The capability of understanding Product Knowledge an in-depth level.
