• Drive for perfection in terms of quality of the product and processes.
• Product development and be able to interpret design sketches.
• Experience in Pattern cutting and pattern correction manually and or CAD.
• Fabric Consumption calculation through manually and CAD.
• Provide direction and technical expertise for the technical team during fitting & sealing.
• Ensure that the teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across all brands and departments.
• Systematic problem solving and continuous improvement drive at all levels of the organization.
• Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
• Provide technical support/advice to customer accounts (Sample/Production Team).
• Monitor, analyze the QCO expected/required efficiency is achieved and target completion after line feeding.
• Pattern adjustments and innovations related to SMV calculations. 
• Attending management meetings and preparation of reports.
• Coordinate and lead all meetings, following-up on all preproduction activities to proactively identify and solve all technical and operational issues related to new products, whilst ensuring that operations in bulk production flow smoothly, taking initiative for the process flow from the point of product development to the pilot run.
• Being able to Travel Overseas on short notice is required. Good communication skills & excellent English are a must
