Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning of production units: Ensures effective planning of Production, Material and Machinery.
∎ Production monitoring: Daily follow-ups on production activities from each line, each floor and ensure that production units meet the production target.
∎ Shipment planning: Plans shipment dispatch with documentation and shipping department.
∎ Wastage Control: Provide guidance and leadership in controlling wastage's at each stage of apparel production.
∎ Quality of the finished product: Ensures production quality and internal AQL levels.
∎ Coordination with Top Management (Business Development, marketing & merchandising): Must meet with marketing team for future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory.
∎ Decision Making: Making decision to accept any order or not when there is less margins or production complexity.
∎ Approvals from Buyers: Should be able to handle production issues and directly contact with buyer for approval of variations.
∎ Style allocation to units: Based on available capacity, product categories should allocates styles in different units.
