Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have strong in-depth knowledge and practical experience in quality issues related to Woven, Knit, and Sweater items, with particular expertise in Woven garments.
∎ In-depth knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and compliance related to garment production.
∎ Capable of conducting in-line inspections and monitoring production processes across factory floors.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
∎ Proven ability to lead and manage a team of Quality Controllers effectively.
∎ Ability to train and mentor junior quality staff for continuous improvement.
∎ Ability to coordinate professionally with foreign buyers and internal management of the buying house.
∎ Skilled in negotiating and resolving quality-related matters with top management of factories.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
∎ Willing to travel frequently to factories for production and quality monitoring.
