Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate/ Masters preferably from English discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsible for QC section job.
∎ Conduct PP meeting, inline and final AQL Inspections and provide solutions to solve quality issues.
∎ Arrange QC Schedule upon receipt of inspection requirement. Arrange QC itinerary efficiently and comprehensively.
∎ Ensure all production corrective actions are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Ensure factories/suppliers adhere to customer quality standards. Provide technical support to factories to ensure product quality.
∎ Conduct factory audit, assessment to support management to review.
∎ Supervise QCs daily work, provide solution to subordinates for deal with tough issues. Coach and manage subordinates.
∎ Other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-10 years relevant experience, has quality control experience and works in Bangladesh
∎ Familiar with garment production process and garment quality standards.
∎ Strong knowledge in fabric and garment technology.
∎ Problem solver. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
∎ Fluent written and spoken English.
∎ Develop strategies to control resources allocation, monitor plans & budgets for improved operation efficiency.
∎ Formulate and implement business strategies to ensure production targets are met.
∎ Develop people qualities systematically according to Manpower Plan and organizational strategy.
∎ Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Build a high performance culture with competent, flexible and committed workforce.
