Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Get all the documents and other important information related to Garment orders
∎ Understand all the details of this garment orders from preventive stage of material & garment sample development, basic lab testing and its required tools / equipment, fabric inspection penalty points / system used, cutting, printing/embroidery, sewing, several types of wet & dry washing, finishing, packing, mold preventive control, pre-final and required final inspection
∎ Monitors & controls the below if as per required ETDs::
∎ Gathering reference approved swatch samples as to color / shade conformity
∎ Bulk fabric shade continuity, GSM, shrinkage, color fastness standard testing, , other buyer lab testing requirements, etc.
∎ Bulk fabrics inspection reports if within buyer's standard penalty points / square yards
∎ Get reference from buyers approved sewing / finishing / packing trims/materials and include it on the trim cards
∎ Fit / PPS submission from factories and pre-approved by liaison office QA Managers / Team Leaders and buyer's head office final approval / comments to take note
∎ Size set submission from factories, pre-production meeting (checking all necessary information details / focus areas) & trial production
∎ Result of the trial production and be involved when bulk production is running
∎ On time update and relaying superior & office as to issues affecting the ETDs such as :
∎ Fabric / trims issues, production actual status both garment required processing issues, garment quality issues, sub-contracting without approval issues, etc.
∎ Factories manpower/management issues that may affect the garment orders
∎ Working hand-in-hand with Merchandising Department by providing them on time information's / getting actual production status & quality issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants : Bangladeshi
∎ At least 8 years in Woven Factory
∎ Well-disciplined / responsible person and must come on required office Time In & Time Out & working at least 8 hours average / day.
∎ Good on delegating / training his / her subordinates the work flow of our Quality Department system / SOP.
∎ All of the above applicants are required to speak & write English fluently, can operate computer [word, excel (minimum tabulation, formulation), transfer/resizing photos from digital camera & sending emails with attachments] & making PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Good in analysis of the orders, shipment, quality problems, its solution and resolving priorities.
∎ Good in English (reading, talking & writing).
∎ Prefer to be from Woven Factory Sr. Quality Auditor Level.
