∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
∎ Strong academic background with a focus on software development, system architecture, and DevOps.
∎ Additional certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master) or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.

∎ Strong background in React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.

∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a technical team.
∎ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Experience in scalable system architecture and cloud-based solutions.
∎ Previous experience working in a fast-paced software development environment.
∎ Experience with microservices architecture.
∎ Knowledge of security best practices in web applications.
∎ Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and API Gateway.

∎ Technical Leadership: Oversee React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB development, ensuring best practices.
∎ DevOps & Infrastructure: Manage CI/CD pipelines, AWS services, and cloud deployment strategies.
∎ Team Coordination: Lead and mentor developers, conduct sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
∎ Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
