Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ H.S.C / Bachelor in any Discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): sewing Thread Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge on sewing threads M/C, Brand-Thread Master & SSM.
∎ To prepare daily production plan.
∎ To follow-up production with quality.
∎ To control dyeing and shade matching.
∎ To coordinate with Merchandising team & LPD.
∎ Responsible for all activities from production to delivery.
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.
∎ To follow-up and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
∎ To follow-up and control the improvement of production processes & reduces all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Good knowledge on sewing thread, technical problem solving ability with required quality standard. .
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sewing thread production planning capability
∎ Should have proven work experience
∎ Should have strong Team Building capacity
∎ Should be a good leader, well communicative
∎ Problem solving attitude and handle any kind of buyer issues.
