Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing), Quality Control/ Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 100 % Honest in all aspect.
∎ To achieve production target consistently.
∎ To make necessary production plan from cutting to finishing as per the shipment schedule provided by Merchandising or Planning Department.
∎ To ensure that all the garments are produced in right quality and delivered on time.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions and compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
∎ Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing & Quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned time to time.
∎ To prepare and to submit necessary reports required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Well behaved, well organized and potential.
∎ Experience in large Composite Knit Industries and working in similar position will get preference.
∎ Candidate living near Narayangonj will be added as advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
