Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pattern making and grading in CAD (BY GERBER Software).
∎ Responsible for consumption, Sample fitting & measurement up to bulk.
∎ Product Technical knowledge about any kinds of Garments.
∎ Shrinkage/Pattern Grouping, Pattern Corrections/ Balancing/ Adjustment according to the Fit Model.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ For confirmed orders, revising fabric consumption where required based on actual width details, calculating consumption details for fabric booking and communicating with merchants to support ordering purposes.
∎ Plotting patterns (for sample room requirements), subsequently preparing markers for cutting and sampling in a timely manner to facilitate the sample and cutting processes.
∎ Adhering to buyer's compliance and any other international standards adopted by the company.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
