∎ Age 26 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Clean the machine and production area.
∎ Check all units of machine before starting the machine.
∎ Operate the machine as per operating procedure manual.
∎ Ensure quality production from starting up to finishing and make necessary adjustment if needed.
∎ Ensure higher productivity with wastage control is a must.
∎ Investigate machine stoppages and ensure proper maintenance/ troubleshoot of all machine units when required.
∎ Maintain log sheet/log register/control sheet/glue spreading sheet on daily production.
∎ Ensure completion of the batch and control the work process.
∎ Ensure batch return & raise supplementary requisition if necessary.
∎ Report to shift in charge about total production status including breakdown and run time and rejection.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
