∎ Masters in Chemistry / BSc Engineering (EEE/ Mechanical/ IP).

∎ Age 26 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily production supervise & directs plant operations (Baby Diaper, Sanitary Napkin, Hygiene Product).
∎ Maintain manpower & materials for proper running of production as per GMP/SOP.
∎ Do coordination & communication with the job related manpower as per production planning.
∎ Ensure receiving of the RM & PM from the store for smooth production.
∎ Minimize loss at different stage of production process and ensure higher productivity of the production.
∎ Ensure the proper return and raise supplementary requisition with proper justification.
∎ Reconciliation of production batches.
∎ Solve all problem during a shift and give direction and supervise the works.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
∎ Weekly & monthly production reporting as well as evaluating.
