∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Verify that all licenses, certificates and regulatory policies and procedures have been updated, documented, implemented, and communicated.
∎ Monitor compliance certification BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, JOIN LIFE (GTW) etc. and handle different audits with requirements.
∎ Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house checklist.
∎ Conduct in house training for all employees on OH&S, EMS, Fire Safety, Grievance, etc. as advised by factory management.
∎ Prepare & ensure Corrective Action Plan (CAP) as per buyers' requirement.
∎ Maintain disciplinary action of the factory.
∎ Prepare show cause notice, warning letters, dismissal letters, etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain personal files, proximity card and service books.
∎ Maintain and update HR databases with new hired employees' information.
∎ Assist in recruitment & selection process in terms of technical assessment, interview, age verification, background verification, updating recruitment database and workers' on-boarding formalities.
∎ Prepare and maintain monthly disciplinary action report and lefty register.
∎ Provide HR related support to the employees.
∎ Basic Knowledge on ETP operations.
∎ Dyes and chemicals store/warehouse management and knowledge on conducting training.
∎ Knowledge about all policies.
