Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Expertise on Website, Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube marketing, email marketing etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creates market opportunities.
∎ Follow up Clients and Land Owners.
∎ Closely work with associated departments (i.e. Marketing, Engineering, Production, Business Development etc.).
∎ Maintain relationship with the customers.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
∎ Find Prospective Client by door to door field visit.
∎ Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
∎ Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Sales person.
∎ Maintain good relationship with clients.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
