Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check the initial of documents receipts and issues.
∎ To comply the store account and prepare the statement.
∎ To verify the physical stock and stores.
∎ To maintain store balance ledger and inventory.
∎ To check the ledger opening and closing balance.
∎ Check and verify the GRN issue note and gate pass.
∎ Time to time monitoring and instruction of work.
∎ Do as per management requirement,
∎ Allocation of Balance Sheet, Salary sheet etc.
∎ Budgeting, Formulating etc.
∎ Purchasing Items, Equipments etc.
∎ Maintenance others accounting works.
∎ Preparation of daily cash flow statement.
∎ Checking all vouchers regularly.
∎ Preparation of half yearly and annual financial statement all unit/projects.
∎ Sanction of working capital loan (pc,cc,od) from bank.
∎ Submission of various information to tax advisor for the tax purpose of the company.
∎ Establishment of cost audit and report to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales, Real Estate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Real Estate.
∎ Minimum 5 years in the similar position and 8 years experience with any reputed Real Estate company.
