Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Textile Engineering
∎ Bachelor or Diploma preferably in Textile and Apparel Manufacturing.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Certificate or Training in Garment Testing, QMS, Production, Product integrity and compliance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting Daily Meetings among the Team for update on new instruction, if any.
∎ Performs Administrative functions of the Technical Compliance Team:
∎ Assigns Job allocation, duties and responsibilities of the team.
∎ Follow up and resolves Daily finding issues.
∎ Follow up documentation.
∎ Attend the Factory Evolution.
∎ Organize the Technical Compliance - Management Meeting
∎ Update about finding issues and Buyer's expectation and requirements.
∎ Ensuring the CAP is being completed within the timeline.
∎ Meet up with TC-AM to discuss outstanding issues.
∎ Compile internal Reports for TC-AM and Senior Management review.
∎ Facilities of Signage and Visual posters.
∎ Conduct periodic Staff Performance Assessment, quarterly io measure and monitor the performance.
∎ Discuss and report finding issues directly to Technical Compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having the knowledge of work with TUSA ,Tesco and M&S buyers will be given advantage.
∎ Hands on operation of PC using Microsoft - Word, Excel, power point, graphics, Corel Drawing.
∎ Have acquired knowledge in quality ln process Control (Traffic Light system, Defects per Hundred Unit).
∎ Well verse in carrying out AQL Sampling Audit for different Customer standards.
∎ Fair knowledge in Time and Motion study {SMV Calculation, Line lay out, efficiency calculation and Line Balancing).
∎ Practical experience ln manpower management and operation skills development '
∎ Excellent communication skills at all levels.
∎ Fluency in both written and verbal communication for English and Bengali languages.
