Responsibilities & Context:
- To Lead quality control and management system in cutting, sewing, and finishing.
- To Provide training to quality inspectors, quality staff about basic quality requirements, quality concepts, and quality policy.
- To Develop quality SOP, quality Manual for good quality management.
- To Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.
- To conduct internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement.
- To coordinate the technical audit & visit of different buyer & follow up buyer’s technical and CAP follow up audit.
- To follow up Product & Process Risk Analysis and ensure product safety.
- To analyze the DHU and defect monthly, weekly & daily and do root cause analysis.
- To take corrective measures based on technical audit findings.
- To guide factory personnel on achieving buyer standard in each and every process.
- To follow up the QMS, as well as monitor the Skill matrix & KPI.
- To update different SOP, format, check list and process map where is needed.
- To implement 5s & Six Sigma at workplace
