Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure overseas materials handling with standard lead time and comply with company policy.
Responsible for In-housing all materials as per booking and goods’ inventory.
Proper execution of orders according to planned `Time and Action Plan` on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
Sample procedure & sample follow-up individually, communicate with overseas ensure all technical packaging and sample materials on time.
Co-ordinate with BD factories technical team to fills customers requirements.
Production follow-up and ensure 100% on time shipment and involve in different testing like TOP/ORT etc.
Fit comments collect and record keeping and transfer to technical & QA team on time to ensure smooth completion of work.
Weekly and monthly record keeping and update stock materials and report overseas & local along with all direct and indirect materials.
