Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work - In - Process (WIP).
∎ Grade the operator for new or existing. Responsible for analyzing the worker's performance.
∎ Ensure the follow-up of the cut bundle sheet in the line to ensure efficient assembly operation without any system loss.
∎ Implement the GSD method on the production floor.
∎ Set up every day's standard input ratio & create sensitivity to workers about new methods systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standards and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Cause study against low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify standard operational break down to production people.
∎ Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop a skilled workforce and initiate skill tests for ongoing operators.
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, sewing alter-repair report, finishing the alter-return report, needle broken report.
∎ To make daily production report with all required data & enlighten production people about updated production plans.
∎ Maintain excellent coordination with production planning team; and generate substitute quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on-time shipment.
∎ The study analyzes and evaluates the current company structure and proposes a strategy to improve overall working methods, reduce product Lead Time and implement lean manufacturing.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Assisting team in structuring projects and solving problems.
∎ Ensure the follow-up of the cut bundle sheet in the line to ensure efficient assembly operation without any system loss.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command on GSD.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Demonstrated ability to teach/train in the different required fields within garment manufacturing.
∎ Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
∎ Should have a very good command of English.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 28000 (Monthly)
