Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, including conflicts, disputes, and grievances.
∎ Conduct investigations into employee complaints, allegations, or conflicts and recommend appropriate resolutions.
∎ Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
∎ Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry trends related to employee relations.
∎ Ensure the organization's compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records related to employee relations activities.
∎ Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering open and transparent communication.
∎ Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare and deliver training sessions or workshops on employee relations topics.
∎ Provide guidance to management and employees on policy interpretation and compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ 4+ years of proven experience in employee relations especially in Disciplinary Action Procedure & Grievance Handling.
∎ Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & and regulations.
∎ Proven ability to investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
