• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Proactive monitoring for any Infrastructure, Systems or Services related faults and escalating issues to the relevant stakeholders 24/7 roster basis.

• Proactive Monitoring of all DC, DR connectivity (ISP internet links and data links for VPN) Proactive Monitoring & health check all DC and DR devices and reporting daily/weekly/monthly.

• Prepare, manage and update change management form.

• Proactive monitoring of Data Centre Facilities E.g. Temperature, Power, etc.

• Provide support to DC and DR as per requirement.

• Ensure 1st level of support and escalate to team for further troubleshooting. Data Centre Cabling and Labelling. Spare parts management. DC equipment`s onboarding and lifecycle management.

• Stakeholder communication and SLA management.

• Self-competence development with new technologies. Knowledge transfer to mates to enable teamwork and competencies.

• Own, supervise and drive the team for project deliverables and quality assurance following delivery calendar.

• Daily team meetings and self-initiated follow-up within or cross-functional teams to ensure strong communication, stronger and quality delivery without creating any bottleneck on individual person.
