1. Should have the ability to work independently to manage orders of any woven items,
2. Must have good contacts of garment factories and also contacts of sources of manufactures/supplies of fabrics, accessories, printing, embroidery, and all other decorated apparel.
3. Ability to prepare TNA and effectively follow up the work process as per TNA regularly to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity as per buyers’ requirements.
4. Should have excellent communication skills to work with buyers and inform them of the up-to-date status of the orders everyday,
5. Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities,
6. Should be responsible for organizing weekly/fortnightly meetings with the teammates,
7. Should be able to prepare reports of the status of orders and production and submit them to the authorized person,
8. Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems,
9. Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork,
10. Any other work assigned by the management.
