Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the particular style which has taken over.
∎ On time placement of materials, trims, & accessories & follow up the supply status.
∎ Alert on the shortages & excess of particular orders.
∎ Allocation & de allocation procedure has to be managed with in the consumption.
∎ Preparing trim card & release to respective department.
∎ Follow up fabric accessories in-house.
∎ Maintain the style check list for each & every style for receiving & issuing.
∎ Buyer Correspondence time to time.
∎ Costing and Order Conformation.
∎ Conducting Pre-production meeting.
∎ Checking Buyer PO's and closely working with planning, CAD team for smooth execution.
∎ Material Status Review with their respective teams.
∎ Style Entry and item Creating for Critical Styles.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Merchandising, Garments and Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Composite Garments, Group of Companies
∎ Applicant must have excellent knowledge for handling buyer.
∎ Capable to handle product development & sampling program.
∎ Direct monitoring all production procedure & Execution of production.
∎ Sound Knowledge to prepare costing.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers.
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer COC.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
