Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop products based on buyer sketches and ensure accurate execution. Source fabrics and trims as needed for product development. Ensure timely and high-quality sample development and submission. Prepare accurate costing and pricing for buyer approval. Collect PO sheets from customers and issue Proforma Invoices (PI) promptly. Communicate with buyers for technical clarifications and updates. Provide regular updates on order status and inquiries. Maintain professional relationships with overseas buyer offices and manage Oversee merchandising activities from inquiry to shipment. Coordinate with production, quality, and commercial departments to ensure smooth execution. Create and follow a Time & Action (T&A) calendar for order timelines. Monitor daily production activities and address any issues promptly. Work closely with production teams to meet shipment deadlines. Ensure proper coordination among production, planning, material sourcing, and other relevant teams. Ensure the correct and timely submission of samples for confirmed orders and new developments. Supervise sample house activities and maintain quality standards. Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely material availability. Coordinate raw material sourcing and utilization to optimize production. Assist top management in developing business strategies for local and international markets. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making. Provide guidance to factories on buyer-specific systems and procedures. Ensure all developments, including garments, fabrics, trims, prints, embroidery, and other embellishments, meet quality standards. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior to support business goals.
