∎ Skills Required: Marketing, Marketing and merchandising

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry, Garments Merchandising, Must be working experience in buying House
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strategic marketing plan and implement to increase the number of buyer for the organization.
∎ Searching new market and buyers for the organization and approach them with the proper marketing plan.
∎ Identify the strength and weakness of the organization and corrective action plan for the weakness.
∎ Good reporting capabilities to the top management.
∎ Good Team working capabilities and maintain the good working atmosphere within the organization.
∎ Developing the company website, marketing strategies as well as company profile time to time to attract the buyers and contribute to increase the sale of the organization.
∎ Work on product costing and negotiate quotes & prices with the brand to get the best competitive price from them by keeping in mind about the company's key business strategy.
∎ Negotiate Price with Different Garment Manufacturer and Accessories Supplier. Order budgeting for new orders & review on complication, pricing, decision making & coordination with procuring fabrics & accessories from both local & foreign sources.
∎ Source & develop Vendor/Garment Factory, Fabric, Accessories & Trims (Local & Imported)
∎ Garment, fabric, accessories (local & import ) PO Making , PI receiving, & Opening L/C, T/T as Per confirmed Price .Finalize & coordinate with the brand , quality team , logistic and import & export department.
∎ Follow-up on production status, quality issue, inspection schedule etc. on weekly basis with Q.A. team
∎ Applicant will be responsible for after order placement to ensure that garments shipments are ready on time and in required quality.
∎ Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility
∎ Execute pre-production and production procedures and activities.
∎ Act as the key contact point for suppliers, quality team and buying team for production management.
∎ Must have deep knowledge of all kind of fabrics & accessories.
∎ Follow up trims, accessories, documents & record keeping by ensuring proper material identification
∎ All required submission as per Buyer's demand including Gold, Black, Sample Fabrics, Trim Booking, etc.
∎ Coordinate with Planning department to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines
∎ Collect purchase orders and requisition for materials, goods & supplies.
∎ Deal with non supplied, damaged goods, under and over orders & review inventories/quality and order as required Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
