∎ Minimum Graduate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding about the latest merchandising trends of buyer and review the development packages received from buyer and put the developments into work with product development team.
∎ Check all costing for price negotiation with buyer, quoting, TNA, ordering raw materials from suppliers and detail oriented.
∎ Attend price & sample review meetings with buyer.
∎ Need to have direct exposure with buyer and existing relationship with brands buyer.
∎ Update the fabric & garment master spread sheet to all concerned dept. Strong understanding of fabric and garments dynamics.
∎ Comply with corporate objectives of merchandise planning, competitive assortment and brand mix, quality products and services that are catered to consumer's needs and lifestyle.
∎ Knowledge of buyer house compliances and regulatory rules is preferable.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads of the Department within the budgeted limit.
∎ Knows the strengths and challenges of each team member and sets goals, expectations and responsibilities without ambiguity. Delegates work, inspects expectations & work and gives feedback regularly. Coaches, mentors and motivates team on the ground.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem solving skills.
∎ Good Communication Skills and able to communicate in English effectively.
∎ Strong understanding of merchandising financials and the ability to manage profitability.
∎ Independent functioning of day to day merchandising activities as per the company requirement.
