Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of the Spinning mill.
Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
To follow up on quality of the production, development of new plan to establish and implementation of extra good quality yarn.
To co-ordinate with the production, maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure maximum production with optimum quality and also customer satisfaction.
Liaise with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department to ensure product quality and specifications are consistent.
To ensure qualities of sample with specific mixing ratio as per customer demand.
Ensure production achievement (Shift wise/ Machine wise/ Process wise Production) & ensure manpower and machine utilization at optimum level in every shift.
Ensure that no incident of Lot mix, count mix, process mix happen in the Mill.
To implement the knowledge of mixing, carding, finishing, and packing.
To manage all team, workers for whole production unit.
Work for efficient and effective production planning & execution.
Assist to analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage effectively and efficiently and work to maximize profit.
Prepare Daily/weekly/monthly/annual report of production unit/plant in the factory to the line
Handle urgent and critical situations regarding production.
Ensure adequate motivation for workers and assist in recruitment/hiring & retention of all workers.
Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
