Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after woven fabric store, yarn store, dyes chemical store and spare parts store. Ensure entire activities of fabric store such as safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch).
∎ Supervise the daily receiving, issuing documents of order booking and requirements including Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP.
∎ Ensure proper store compliance regarding goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store area.
∎ Check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports of the store.
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory bin cards.
∎ Liaison with respective department for each & every aspect related to store activities.
∎ Make sure the inventory control properly by using ERP software.
∎ Prepare monthly stock report and send it to the concern department.
∎ Monitor the MRR, delivery challan and gate pass.
∎ Follow-up with the suppliers for day-to-day requirement, fixing the timing for issue and receiving the materials, Receiving Indents.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Ensure safety stock of all the store.
∎ We are looking for a competent personnel for the post of " Sr. Manager/AGM, Material Management " for the Evince Textiles Ltd. located at Shirir Chala, Bhabanipur, Joydevpur, Gazipur. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
