∎ Minimum MBA/ M.Com/BBA / B.Com. (Major in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking) from any reputed University

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on over all Commercial function. Sr. Manager /AGM Commercial; experience in Export, Import, Customs & Bond, incentive is required for Knit Factory
∎ Job Location -will be Head Office (Shyamoli, Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall operation of commercial activity of the export & import, Customs, Bonds, Industrial & commercial business strategies, negotiation & finalize export documents, Bank documents preparation & submission etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with all the concerned related to commercial issues & provide them proper feedback.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import/Export through L/C, FDD & T/T Freight Forwarding.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the documents value.
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Bond License, Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Trade Bodies, Banks, Shipping Line, Insurance Companies, VAT department, production department, Transport Agents for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, other certificate).
∎ Monitoring Invoice and Bill Payment.
∎ Prepare Customs Audit file & conduct Customs Audit.
∎ Prepare custom book entry as per import, UD & UP consumption.
∎ All BGMEA related work has to be done.
∎ All the work of withdrawing the incentive must be done.
∎ Look after the job of General Bond responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7 to 10 Years of experience in a large reputed Garments/ Textile factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments/ Textile/ Group Company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export, Import, Customs & Bond.
∎ Must be proficient in withdraw incentives.
∎ Must be proficient in all BGMEA related work.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer skills: Must be able to operate Microsoft office program, Excel, Power point, moreover what is required for the respective work.
∎ Positive professional attitude.
