• B.Sc in Textiles Engineering/ IPE from any reputed Public/ Private Institution.

• Proficient in ERP, Computing and MS office. Candidates with experience in the Knit Garments industry will get preference.

• Analyze monthly RMG demand (Fabrication & Process wise) to identify the outsource requirements and communicate with the relevant department.
• Prepare monthly knitting & dyeing plan & capacity forecasting.
• Prepare monthly & weekly machine wise capacity plan for knitting & dyeing.
• Fabrication wise capacity forecasting for inside & outside.
• Monitor plan Vs actual production and communicate with relevant department for deviation.
• Ensure plan wise production.
• Check & validate knitting, batch, dyeing & dyeing finishing plan.
• Validate monthly batch plan.
• Ensure TNA wise fabric delivery.
• Ensure dyeing machine capacity utilization at least 90%.
• Attend all kind of meeting with cross functional department.
• Conduct training program to develop the team members.
• Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ the Top Management.
