Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
2.Manage procurement processes and vendor negotiations to ensure best cost, quality, and delivery.
3.Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and distribution operations.
4.Optimize supply chain networks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
5.Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.) to forecast needs and manage supply/demand balance.
6.Implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
7.Lead digital transformation and technology adoption in supply chain systems (ERP, SCM software).
8.Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
9.Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on supply chain performance.
10.Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
Required Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2.MBA or relevant Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
3.10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
4.Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
5.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
6.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
7.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8.Experience working in a global or multi-location environment is a plus.
