∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Should be self-driven & result oriented. A leader, collaborator, and problem solver.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of knitting processes, fabric types, and quality standards.
∎ Self Driven ,strategic thinker, Good in communication, presentation, statistical & analytical skills.
∎ Proficient in planning software, ERP, Computing and MS office. Able to prioritize tasks on the pipeline and strive for continuous improvement.
∎ Candidates with experience in the Knit Garments industry will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Factory capacity analysis as per order booking.
∎ Ensure factory capacity as well as resources are fully utilized.
∎ Ensure material availability as per plan.
∎ Group wise (Cutting to Sewing) capacity balance.
∎ On time delivery as per TNA.
∎ Check & validate sewing plan.
∎ Ensure planning functions are running as per the defined process.
∎ Ensure all planning tools are running as per the standard & SOP.
∎ Attend all kind of meeting with cross functional department.
∎ Ensure on time delivery
∎ Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ the Top Management.
