- The applicants should have experience in the following knit garment industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of knitting processes, fabric types, and quality standards.
- Self Driven ,strategic thinker, Good in communication, presentation, statistical & analytical skills.
- Proficient in planning software, ERP, Computing and MS office.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Making production planning/scheduling as per the confirmed order considering on-time shipment, cost minimization, 100 capacity utilization.
- Update production planning time to time according to the current situation and priority.
- Analyze the available minutes to see the upcoming strengths of the factory and communicate to merchandising to meet capacity
- Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
- Follow up the supply chain, order confirmation status and timely coordinate with concern to provide factory status and upcoming challenges
- Monitoring the production progress & status as per planning
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other departments.
