Educational Requirements:

∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate,Cisco Certified Network Professional,Cyberoam Certified Network Security Professional
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Network System, Hardware & Networking, IT Enabled services
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have hands on experience on deploying SDN (Multi site) and HCI technologies. Expertise in Cisco technologies on SDN and HCI would be highly preferred.
∎ Candidate must have experience on deploying NGFW (Multiple OEM), NMS, MFA, NBAD, AAA solutions.
∎ Candidates must have knowledge to work with technologies such: SIEM, SOC, VA-PT, PAM, WSG, ESG, ADC, WAF, Anti-DDOS and NGINX.
∎ Organizing and coordinating implementation of network and security projects at TISL Customer locations.
∎ Arranging appropriate resources to attend post sales calls; following up for satisfactory closer of calls.
∎ Monitoring existing AMC compliance; following customers for new and renewal of AMC.
∎ Coordinating with network business department of TISL in pre-sales activities as and when it is required.
∎ Suggesting improvements in the operations and processes to make the system foolproof.
∎ Providing technical support for applications and data to clients.
∎ Preparing layouts for the projects encompassing internet/intranet infrastructure configuration & implementation.
∎ Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
∎ Addressing performance bottlenecks & ensuring maximum network uptime.
∎ Troubleshooting of advance network and security related problems of different clients.
∎ Resolving customer complaints on technical issues.
∎ Providing value added customer services by attending customer queries and issues.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the Head of Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
∎ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Wireless.
∎ Implementing Cisco IP Switched Networks (CCNP part Switching).
∎ Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Wireless (Conducting Cisco United Wireless Site Survey).
∎ Juniper Networks Certified Associate Junos (JNCIA-Junos).
∎ Cyberoam Certified Network & Security Professional (CCNSP).
