Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day running of department, with strong focus on back-end tasks (production efficiency).
∎ Business development in untouched markets.
∎ Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures and implement solutions.
∎ Assist Management in Forecasting to plan future orders.
∎ Provide consultation and advice to Customer grievances, as and when required.
∎ Authorize compensation (fabric) to Customers after extensive review and consultation with Production.
∎ Monitor MKT deliveries and ensure it is compatible with company's monthly targets.
∎ Work with factory/mill to ensure quality, production and timely delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having work experience in textile company.
∎ Strong team building skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Strong communication skills in speaking, reading & writing in English & Bangla.
∎ Should be energetic & smart.
∎ Proficient in MS office.
Salary: Negotiable
