Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of IE department.
∎ Introducing new method development & innovation.
∎ Ensure functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process.
∎ Time study .
∎ Motion analysis of the operations.
∎ Operations break down.
∎ Any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Strong team building skills.
∎ Strong communication skills in speaking, reading & writing in English & Bangla.
∎ Should be energetic & smart.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
∎ Proficient in MS office.
