Experience:
Ø Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field.
Ø 7–10 years’ experience in sales operations/planning/analytics.
Ø education or tech sector exposure in Bangladesh is a plus.
Ø Strong understanding of local market trends and customer behavior.
Ø Excellent communication in Bangla and English.

· Break down the market by district, upazila, school type, size and fees range to identify which territories have the highest potential.
· Plan and manage sales coverage models for PIPs, making sure visit frequency and catchment mapping drive maximum efficiency.
· Set sales targets and design incentive plans that motivate the team while staying aligned with overall business goals.
· Keep improving core sales activities such as prospecting, scheduling demos, managing trials, setting pricing guidelines and handling objections.
· Work closely with all sales channels during the monthly sales reforecast process to ensure the business plan is on track.
Ø Sales Analytics & Performance Management
· Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead to activation and analyze metrics like win rates, cycle time and pipeline flow to spot improvements.
· Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts by area and PIPs, using data models to sharpen accuracy.
· Review KPIs (such as meetings per week, demo-to-close ratios and response times) and give practical recommendations to management.
· Share monthly performance reviews for individual salespeople, highlighting both opportunities and risks.
· Produce monthly revenue reports by product and provide data inputs for strategic planning.
· Keep a close eye on sales activity trends and flag risks, market shifts or performance gaps that need leadership attention.
Ø Sales Operations & Enablement
· Maintain and optimize the CRM system to streamline sales workflows and ensure reliable data capture.
· Build automated reports and dashboards, while also preparing ad hoc (need & demand) analyses when needed to give visibility into performance and trends.
· Put in place clear standards for recording sales data (lead source, stage, reason for loss, school type, etc.) to keep data consistent.
· Create smooth handover processes between Sales, Implementation and Customer Success, tracking activation speed and early adoption.
· Manage pricing approvals, discounts and monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and payback for each region.
· Lead the creation of a unified sales planning and reporting system, using automation to streamline processes and ensure consistency across the organization.
· Support internal teams by designing and delivering the reports they need.
· Provide operational support for achieving business plans by handling sales reporting, statistics, and sales administration across revenue streams
Ø Business Reviews
· Run weekly and monthly business reviews with leadership, presenting clear scorecards that show performance, risks, and next steps.
· Track and evaluate sales experiments (scripts, offers, campaigns), scaling up what works best.
· Keep an eye on competitors and gather market intelligence to sharpen messaging, pricing, and sales strategy.
